Dr. Arif Kamal, a palliative care physician from Duke University, will be visiting Kansas City as he receives an alumni award from UMKC. He will be giving Palliative Care Grand Rounds on Tuesday May 21st with Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care in conjunction with the University of Kansas Medical Center, Division of Palliative Medicine. His topic will be: "From Burnout to Resilience: Building Capacity to Thrive at Work.”
